Jose Martin - Founder and Director

Studied a Degree in Physical Education and sport. His passion for fitness originates from 15 years of devoted practice in the fields of football, basketball, Personal training, health and wellness.

He is an accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified, Boxing coach and holds qualifications in Coaching and supporting change. He regularly lectures about Fitness and Nutrition to companies in the City and he is the coach of the Women’s Basketball team The Putney Penguins.

Anabel Sanchez

She has enjoyed an extensive work experience which goes from being a Model, Flight attendant for British Airways and working for Audi but once She started doing personal training she knew she found her dream job.

She is a level 3 personal Trainer with additional qualifications pre and post natal women, Nutrition and weight management and group exercise. She is also a full time mum with two daughters, Luna and Matilda.

Vicki Martin

Vicki brings an experienced and professional approach to personal training having spent years coaching and playing basketball at a national level. Having gained her qualified teacher status over 5 years ago, she is keen motivator and exceptionally enthusiastic in helping clients achieve their goals.

Vicki is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Boxercise Instructor and Level 2 Basketball Coach.

Gregg Smith

Greg's experience training elite junior athletes led him in a natural progression to a career as a leading professional in the health and fitness industry.

Graduating in Durban, South Africa, with a degree in Human Movement studies, Greg also carries a very high standard of industry training qualifications from the leading institutes in exercise and fitness.

Zack Cahill

With a wealth of personal training experience and an impressive array of qualifications, Zack comes from a background of powerlifting and olympic lifting, having got into strength training in his late teens after a long run of poor health inspired him to look to exercise and fitness to improve his quality of life.

Zack has also worked with many clients on improving body composition and has previously worked as head trainer for several leading health clubs in London.
