Our Outdoors Training sessions are specifically designed and put together by our trainers to maximise inch loss, shape change and improve your fitness levels.

Doesn't the gym get a little boring sometimes?

It's nice to change up the routine and challenge your body in different ways. It's also great to have other people around to motivate you and laugh with you.

Our sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness and we welcome people of all ages, size and ability. Every class our target will be to burn 700 calories, to achieve that we will combine:

  • Warm ups
  • Cardio drills
  • Squat/lunge combos
  • Cardio conditioning
  • Kick boxing combos
  • Press ups/arm exercises
  • Stretching

In other words, an overall body program that will leave you pumped for the next class!

What you need to know:
  • You will need one or two bottles of water and a towel.
  • You will need to bring signed our health questionnaire the first session.

LOCATION: Holland Park
TIME: Sundays from 9:30-10:30
