Can I join the Bootcamp sessions once the term has started?

Yes, If you are unable to start with the term you can pay just for rest of the weekends.

I don’t like the gym. Where can we train?

We are very flexible. You decide where you want to train, whether it's your home, your office or one of London's beautiful parks. You choose the most suitable location for you. We provide all the necessary equipment to conduct our sessions.

What kind of results can I expect?

We are known for helping people to lose 3 sizes, 6 inches off the waist and doubling their fitness, The results that you can expect are a huge improvement in bodyshape, with the body ridding itself of unnecessary and unwanted excess fat and the creation of lean firm muscles. Your fitness levels will improve dramatically as will your strength, coordination, flexibility and general well-being.

Will I be able to do this programme in view of my history with injuries/medical problems?

If your doctor says that you can undertake a programme of resistance (weights) and cardio-vascular work then the answer is yes.

Is the programme suitable for me?

This programme is suitable for all ages - our youngest client is 18, our oldest is 65! Whatever your level of fitness this programme will be suitable for you. This training programme is designed to be equally effective for men and women of all ages and levels of fitness.

I am already slim, I don't want to get slimmer.

You will only lose weight if you are over-weight. You will however, decrease your body fat content if you are carrying too much fat.

I have the kind of body that gets very big if I do weight training, will this make me bigger?

No, your muscles can only get bigger if you work with a weight that is heavy enough to tear your muscle fibres. This programme is not designed to make you bigger, but will make you leaner.

What do I get for my money?

We will teach you the correct exercises and the correct techniques, nutritional advice, motivation, and the most important thing: results.

How do I know it will work for me?

What would you say if we told you to eat and drink as much as you want and not do any exercise for 3 months? You would probably say "No way!, I will put on 2 stone. I will look terrible!." Well The opposite is true as well, training and eating healthy it will make you look and feel great.
